Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Blue Yonder (BY) TMS Practice Manager with strong functional and technical knowledge of transportation management, SAP integration, and IT service operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience managing TMS application support, troubleshooting complex issues, coordinating with carriers and logistics partners, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support end-to-end Blue Yonder TMS operations.
• Understand Order-to-Invoice processes, shipment creation, load planning, and optimization.
• Configure and maintain rates, tariffs, lanes, services, charges, equipment, locations, and reference numbers.
• Manage vouchers, accruals, profit center allocations, and GL account integration.
• Troubleshoot document and transaction flows between SAP, Blue Yonder, and external carriers.
• Develop and update mapping specifications and support Blue Yonder APIs.
• Manage BY job structures and create or update jobs as required.
• Work with carriers and logistics partners to resolve production issues independently.
• Develop basic Cognos reports and jobs using SQL.
• Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (BY/JDA) TMS.
• Good understanding of SAP integration, IDocs, transactions, and tables.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end Order-to-Invoice and logistics processes.
• Experience with shipment creation, load planning, and transportation optimization.
• Knowledge of freight rates, tariffs, lanes, vouchers, accruals, and GL integration.
• Experience with Blue Yonder APIs, job structures, and mapping specifications.
• Basic SQL and Cognos reporting knowledge.
• Strong production support, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
