Blue Prism Technical Lead
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong hands‑on experience in Blue Prism
- Expertise in Object Studio, Process Studio, Control Room
- Experience with APIs, SQL, Excel, Web/Desktop automation
- Knowledge of CI/CD, version control (Git/SVN)
- Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle & frameworks
- Experience in process optimization and automation strategy
- Exposure to intelligent automation (OCR/AI/ML) preferred
- Strong stakeholder management & communication
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, and deployment of Blue Prism solutions
- Architect scalable RPA frameworks and reusable components
- Translate business requirements into automation workflows
- Manage end‑to‑end RPA lifecycle (DEV → UAT → PROD)
- Implement exception handling, logging, and recovery mechanisms
- Optimize BOT performance and ensure high availability
- Oversee production support, monitoring, and issue resolution
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
- Integrate bots with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
- Manage Control Room, scheduling, and infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance policies
- Drive automation CoE initiatives and innovation (AI/ML, OCR)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
- Track ROI, KPIs, and business impact metrics
- Lead Agile ceremonies and mentor development teams

Salary Range – $115,000–$130,000 a year
