- 5+ years of experience using Revit for BIM modeling and construction documentation (advanced modeling functions including families, schedules, sheets, and views)
- Experience leading, managing, or mentoring a team of 2-4 BIM professionals while supporting multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong experience with Navisworks for model coordination and clash detection
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience working for an electrical contractor or supporting electrical construction projects
- Experience with Evolve Electrical, Stratus, Bluebeam, and/or other project management and coordination tools
- Experience with laser scanning and converting scan data into 3D models
- Experience supporting field layout, prefabrication, or Total Station workflows
- Experience developing BIM standards, processes, and training programs for team members
