Billing RepresentativeLocation: Honolulu, HI Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Review prebills and coordinate revisions with attorneys and legal support staff. Follow client billing guidelines, budgets, spending limits, and submission requirements. Submit invoices through e-billing systems, email, printing, and mail. Maintain billing records and support month-end deadlines and process improvements.What We're Looking For At least three years of billing, accounting, or closely related experience.
Experience handling a high volume of detailed work with firm deadlines. Strong accuracy, organization, follow-through, and time-management skills. Professional communication skills and comfort working with different personalities.What Makes the Work Different The person in this role will eventually support billing across a large portfolio of client matters and approximately 40 attorneys. Invoices may include detailed narratives, matter-specific guidelines, different billing rates, budget limits, and electronic submission requirements.
