- Conduct job evaluations and analyze salary surveys to appropriately level roles within CoBank’s salary structure
- Create and update job descriptions to ensure they accurately reflect the responsibilities and requirements of each position evaluated.
- Supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise job architecture frameworks, job families, job descriptions, and career paths.
- Conducts market pricing, compensation benchmarking, cost analysis, and internal equity reviews to support compensation decisions and organizational competitiveness.
- Collaborates with business leaders and HR partners on organizational restructures, workforce planning, career pathing and career leveling initiatives.
- Understanding of applicable compensation laws and regulations, including FLSA and pay equity requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to interpret and communicate compensation data effectively. xhqgsiq
