Benefits & Leave Partner — Open Enrollment Expert

Tommy Bahama is seeking a Benefits and Leave Administrator to support the administration of the company’s leave programs and benefits plans. This in-office, full-time role requires handling state and federal leaves, benefits enrollment, and related data management.

You will advise managers and employees on policies, coordinate with risk management and brokers, and ensure accurate records and reporting. A multi-state background and strong data skills are essential.
