Peripheral Repair Technician
Summary of Position: Evaluate and detect malfunctions of small peripherals, printers, scanners and cash counters.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Repair and part replacement of small peripherals, printers, scanners and cash counters.
- Testing of small peripherals, printers, scanners and cash counters to ensure proper working of the same.
- Accurately enter repair data into Acumatica.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Trouble shoots to component level specifications.
- Know how to navigate Windows OS.
- Assemble and disassemble units down to a bare bones level.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
- Experience with tools and equipment used for peripheral repair and maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Possesses fine motor skills to work with small parts and grip a variety of hand tools.
