nMass Pediatric ABA is looking for a Part Time Behavioral Therapist to join our growing team in the Greater Westford area.

nOur Behavior Therapist will:
nProvide direct behavioral services to clients in their home
nRun individualized programs with clients using the principles of Behavior Analysis
nWork with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans
nWrite daily session notes and collect data using programs such as, Google Docs or behavioral software (e.g., Theralytics).
nMaintain respect and confidentiality for all clients
nContinue with professional development and ABA knowledge by attending educational workshops
nProtect the well-being of all clients during treatment sessions and when emergency crisis situations arise
nOur Behavior Therapist's have:
nA high school and/or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (psychology, education, etc)
nExperience working with children and/or adolescents, in any capacity (babysitting, nannying, after-school programs, volunteering) for at least 1 year.
nFlexibility to work weekday afternoons and evenings. Weekend sessions are not required, but are available upon request!
nPass a CORI and Federal background check
nStrong communication skills
nAbility to work closely with other professionals
nCompetent computer skills
nAccess to reliable transportation
nAvailability to work 10- 20 hours per week
