The Behavioral Health Provider at Inner City Health will assist in the care of patients of any age and with any health condition, delivering education and interventions to support an integrated health team. The ideal candidate will provide behavioral health assessments, diagnosis, on-going therapy and provide same day interventions as well as crisis interventions.

Salary: 64,000 – 78,000 Annually
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Utilize brief psychological screening tools and clinical interviewing skills to provide a comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plan. Evaluate patients in crisis situations (such as those experiencing suicidal and homicidal ideation) to determine appropriate course of intervention and execute referrals, as necessary. Employ motivational interviewing interventions to address behavioral health needs. Make appropriate referrals to Psychiatry services, Spiritual Health, and community-based referral partners as necessary. Facilitate holistic and comprehensive healthcare within an integrated primary care setting. Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to address behavioral, physical, and spiritual health. Provide individual psychotherapy services and other appropriate interventions for patients across the age continuum. Actively participate in meetings and training courses that support the clinic's integrated health care model to provide comprehensive care for clients. Engage in appropriate supervision and document encounters properly to ensure ethical service delivery. Perform other duties as required.
Education and/or Experience: Master's degree in Social Work or related field and licensed or eligible for Colorado state licensure. Two (2) years of clinical experience preferred. Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred. We welcome applications from recent graduates!
