Seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role in outpatient pediatrics.

The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs), develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and provide clinical oversight to BCaBAs and RBTs. Responsibilities include monitoring client progress, adjusting treatment plans based on data, collaborating with families to ensure consistency, and partnering with interdisciplinary teams such as SLPs, OTs, and PAs. The role involves modeling treatment strategies through direct client interaction, virtual coaching, and consultation to ensure treatment fidelity and skill generalization. Candidates must possess a Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related fields, and hold active BCBA certification and licensure if required. Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills are essential, along with a commitment to ethical, family-centered care.
