Looking for a school-based Behavior Technician position with a consistent weekday schedule and some variety in your day? Covelo Group is hiring Float Behavior Technicians to support K-12 students across schools in the San Ramon area. Instead of working at one permanent campus, you'll provide behavioral support at different school sites based on where you're needed. You'll work directly with students while gaining experience across different classrooms, age groups, and school teams.

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one and small-group behavioral support
• Travel between assigned school sites based on staffing needs
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and support plans
• Reinforce positive behaviors and classroom expectations
• Track and document student progress
• Work closely with teachers, specialists, and school staff

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• ABA, behavior support, or related experience
• Experience working with children
• Reliable transportation for travel between school sites
• Ability to adjust to different students and classroom environments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Current BLS certification preferred
