Responsibilities/Requirements
Beeline often integrates with HRIS, ERP, and third-party tools. Key integration technologies include:
- API Development & Consumption:
- REST, SOAP
- JSON, XML
- Middleware tools:
- Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, or custom middleware
- ETL tools:
- Informatica, Talend, or similar
- File transfer and job scheduling:
- FTP/SFTP, CRON
- Programming & Scripting:
- JavaScript, Python, or Groovy (for automation and transformation)
- SQL:
- .NET or Java (less common, but used in some enterprise environments)
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Experience with Beeline’s reporting engine (if internal)
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or SAP BO for external analytics
- Data modeling and dashboard building
- Enterprise Systems Knowledge:
- Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, etc.
- Additional connections:
- Timekeeping systems
- Finance/accounting systems (for invoicing)
- Identity and access systems (for SSO/SSO)
- Optional but helpful:
- Familiarity with other VMS platforms (e.g., SAP Fieldglass, Coupa, Work Market)
- Experience in staffing/vendor management
- Certifications (if available through Beeline or a partner)
