About the Role:
Empowerment Coaches serve as mentors, motivators, and positive role models for youth through structured programs focused on leadership, life skills, confidence-building, academic encouragement, and wellness.
Responsibilities:
- Build positive relationships with youth participants
- Lead or assist with mentoring sessions and group activities
- Encourage teamwork, confidence, and personal growth
- Support youth during basketball clinics, events, and workshops
- Help create a safe, welcoming, and uplifting environment
- Communicate professionally with staff and families when needed
✅ Qualifications:
- Passion for youth development and community service
- Positive attitude, patience, and reliability
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work with youth ages 9–14
- Experience in mentoring, coaching, education, or youth programs is a plus
- Must pass background screening
