EZME is a new coastal Mediterranean restaurant from the award-winning Bardea Restaurant Group, opening on Market Street in Wilmington, Delaware.

With an intimate 50-seat dining room and an 8-seat bar, EZME is designed to deliver a refined yet energetic dining experience centered around bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and genuine hospitality.

We are building a passionate opening team that thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.

Position: Bartender

EZME is looking for skilled and personable Bartenders to join our opening team.

Our bar program will focus on fresh, coastal-inspired cocktails, curated wines, and a thoughtful selection of spirits.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare high-quality cocktails with consistency and attention to detail
• Engage guests at the bar while delivering an elevated hospitality experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume or craft-focused environment
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and wine
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Outgoing personality with a genuine love for guest interaction
