The role includes representing lenders, both secured and unsecured creditors, and businesses in various restructuring and insolvency proceedings, including default resolutions, collections, repossessions, loan workouts, and bankruptcy matters in both federal and state courts.Familiarity with real estate, maritime, or energy law will be considered an asset. This position offers a great chance to gain sophisticated, hands-on experience in a successful bankruptcy practice with extensive client interaction.
