Voice AI Automation Engineer

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 8+ years of professional QA Automation Engineer experience
- Experience with text-to-speech (TTS)/speech synthesis technology /tools
- Hands-on experience coding in Python, PHP, Java, C/C++ or equivalent language
- Experience with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) libraries, tools like Tesseract, OCRopus, etc.
- Experience working with Voice AI tools like Murf AI, ElevenLab, etc.
- Basic knowledge and experience working with Aloha Software products or equivalent Point of Sale system
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and analyze different types of issues and automation failures
- Ability to adapt to changing procedures, environments, and tools in the QA space
- Technical aptitude to understand system architecture and follow how the various components talk to one another
Responsibilities
- Automate Wendy's voice AI (Fresh AI)
- Create automated tests to validate Wendy's Fresh AI ensuring high-quality results that meet business goals
- Create and identify different test scenarios and conditions that need to be automated
- Partner closely with the engineering teams to replicate and resolve issues
- Monitor application logs to determine system behavior and address all technical issues
- Meet timelines and minimize disruption to partner teams, proactively managing schedule and risks
- Accelerate progress by driving timely decisions, clearing blockers, and escalating appropriately
- Work independently as well as in a team, seeking guidance as needed
