AutoCAD Drafter - Project ManagerWe are seeking an AutoCAD Drafter - Project Manager to join their team in the Summerville, South Carolina area. This is an opportunity for an experienced construction professional to own projects from design through installation while working with a collaborative team known for craftsmanship, quality, and long-term client relationships.What You'll Do as the AutoCAD Drafter - Project Manager:Create detailed AutoCAD and Cabinet Vision drawings and complete submittal packagesDevelop production and installation documentation to support efficient executionReview project contracts, scope, labor requirements, and material needsCoordinate activities across engineering, production, purchasing, and installation teamsManage project schedules, timelines, approvals, and customer communicationsPrepare and manage submittals, change orders, and project documentationConduct material take-offs and coordinate procurement activitiesMonitor material deliveries, lead times, and specialty item requirementsVisit project sites as needed to verify progress and support installationsLead project updates and communicate status to internal teams and customersSupport quality control efforts throughout manufacturing and installation phasesCoordinate punch lists and assist with issue resolutionMust-Haves as the AutoCAD Drafter - Project Manager:Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, millwork, or cabinetryProficiency in both AutoCAD and Cabinet Vision softwareExperience interpreting architectural drawings and specificationsKnowledge of carpentry, cabinetry, commercial casework, or architectural millworkStrong project management and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsNice-to-Haves as the AutoCAD Drafter - Project Manager:Experience working with general contractors and subcontractorsBackground in commercial interiors, healthcare, education, or hospitality construction projectsExperience with material procurement and production schedulingFamiliarity with manufacturing workflows and installation processesExperience conducting site visits and coordinating field activitiesBenefits Offered:Performance-based year-end bonus opportunityHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer matchingPaid time offProfessional development and coaching opportunitiesFour-day workweek with 10-hour shiftsNo weekend workA collaborative culture that values craftsmanship, accountability, and continuous improvementTrueline and its clients are unabashed equal-opportunity employers committed to a diverse workforce.
