Attorney - Trade Remedies

The Role As a key member of our global trade team, you will navigate the complex intersection of law and economics. This is not a "behind the scenes" role; you will have direct client contact and the autonomy to manage sophisticated matters involving:
- Antidumping (AD) and Countervailing Duty (CVD) laws.
- Section 232, 301, 201, and 337 investigations.
- Specialized trade relief issues including IEEPA, EAPA, and Section 332.
- Complex data analysis to support trade defense strategies.

Requirements
- 3++ years of dedicated experience in Trade Remedies.
- JD and active Bar membership.
- Mastery of AD/CVD and Section-based investigations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to meet rigorous deadlines.
Estimated Compensation 185,000 USD - 265,000 USD (Base) *Commensurate with experience and location; senior counsel with specialized agency backgrounds may exceed this range.
