Attorney
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation and a passion for advocating for our clients' rights. This role involves representing clients in business, probate, and estate planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including negotiating settlements and presenting cases in court.
- Research and analyze legal issues, case law, and statutes to provide accurate legal advice.
- Draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and contracts, ensuring they meet all legal requirements.
- Interview clients and witnesses to gather relevant information and prepare cases effectively.
- Advise clients on their legal rights and options, guiding them through complex legal processes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in laws and regulations affecting civil litigation.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation.
- Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in probate, business, or estate planning is a plus.
