The Opportunity
- Complex first- and third-party coverage disputes
- Work across CRNs, appraisal, declaratory judgment actions, mediation and litigation
- Exposure to major insurers and high-value claims
- Meaningful responsibility within a specialist coverage team
Package
- Up to $200K Base + Up to $43K Bonus
- 1,800 billable target
- Hybrid / Remote flexibility
Requirements
- Florida Bar admission
- 3+ years relevant experience
- Insurance coverage, first-party property, bad faith or insurance litigation background
- Strong discovery, deposition and motion-practice skills
