Location/Schedule: Miami, FL (Hybrid)
Base Salary: $225K
Practice: South Florida commercial and complex civil litigation. Contract, business tort, and high-exposure casualty for corporate clients. Cases are tried.

What You’ll Actually Do:
- Litigate commercial and complex civil disputes in Florida state and federal court.
- Defend products, construction, and high-exposure casualty claims.
- Take depositions and argue motions.
- Handle the coverage issue on the file when it decides the case.
Requirements:
- JD and active Florida bar
- 3–8 years post-bar civil, commercial, or insurance litigation — current Associate, Counsel, or Partner
- Depositions taken in the last 24 months
