About the Opportunity

A growing plaintiff-focused litigation firm is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join its Miami office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys litigation and wants meaningful courtroom exposure while managing an active caseload from inception through resolution. The ideal candidate will have experience handling personal injury matters, particularly motor vehicle accident and PIP claims, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This position offers strong earning potential, hands-on litigation experience, and long-term career growth within a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial
• Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and court appearances
• Evaluate liability, damages, and overall case strategy
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide exceptional client service
• Prepare cases for trial and assist with courtroom proceedings as needed

Qualifications

• Active, in good standing Florida Bar membership
• 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience
• Experience handling motor vehicle accident and PIP cases is highly valued
• Ability to effectively manage a high-volume caseload
• Strong writing, advocacy, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Excellent client communication and relationship management abilities
• Trial experience or a strong interest in growing courtroom skills is a plus
