Robert Half is partnering with a law firm in the Greater Seattle Area to identify a Litigation Attorney who is ready to IMMEDIATELY jump in to assist and possibly join their team. This position is contract with potential for extension/conversion into a permanent role.Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day litigation activity for civil matters, ensuring deadlines, filings, and case progress are handled efficiently.Prepare, review, and respond to written discovery, including requests for production, interrogatories, and related case materials.Draft motions, briefs, and other legal pleadings with clear legal analysis and persuasive written arguments.Conduct legal research to support case strategy, procedural decisions, and preparation for hearings or related proceedings.Experience with taking and defending depositions, summarize testimony, and identify key facts that impact litigation strategy.Review and analyze medical records and other evidentiary documents to support case development and damage evaluation.
