The ideal candidate will bring at least 8 years of experience handling a broad range of immigration matters within a law firm environment.This role involves close collaboration with fellow partners and senior associates, focusing on both employment-based (temporary and permanent) and family-based immigration matters. The successful candidate will advocate for the firm's clients before U.S.
Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), consular offices, and other government agencies.Experience should include preparing and managing a wide array of visa petitions, including:E-2 Treaty Investor and Manager VisasO-1 and O-2 Visas for individuals with extraordinary abilityL-1 Visas for intracompany transferees (executives, managers, and specialized knowledge employees)Qualifications:Minimum of 8 years of immigration law experience in a law firm settingFluent in both English and SpanishStrong writing and communication abilitiesExceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesAdmission to the Florida Bar or active pursuit of admissionA portable book of business is requiredThe firm offers a highly competitive compensation package and full support for practice growth.All inquiries will be handled with strict confidentiality.
