Role Description
- The Attorney will provide legal counsel and representation in practice areas including condominium and community association law, real estate, commercial litigation, and construction litigation.
- Researching and analyzing legal issues, drafting pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents, advising clients on legal rights and risk management, negotiating settlements, appearing in court and administrative proceedings, collaborating on case strategy, and maintaining clear communication with clients.
- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Honolulu, Hawaii.
- Ability to provide clear, practical legal advice to clients and industry professionals
- Strong legal research skills, including case law, statutes, regulations, and industry-specific guidance
- Effective negotiation skills for dispute resolution and settlement drafting
- Active license to practice law in the State of Hawaii (or ability to obtain licensure within a reasonable timeframe)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong drafting and analytical abilities
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and commitment to client service
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple matters and meeting deadlines
