The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and experienced Trial Attorney to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys hands-on litigation, wants consistent courtroom exposure, and is eager to manage cases from inception through trial.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
- Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials
- Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery
- Develop and execute case strategy in collaboration with the legal team
- Communicate effectively with clients, experts, and opposing counsel
- Represent clients confidently in court and at trial
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Colorado (or ability to obtain)
- 3+ years of litigation experience (personal injury experience strongly preferred)
- Proven deposition and courtroom experience
- Strong legal writing, oral advocacy, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and client-focused
