Our client, a leading Rocky Mountain law firm located in the Denver metro area is seeking a 4 plus years' experienced Corporate M&A attorney to join their busy corporate practice group. The Corporate Attorney will be advising on mergers and acquisitions, business organization, general corporate matters, commercial leases and contracts, financing arrangements, loan and credit agreements, equity financings, intellectual property and licensing, supply and manufacturing agreements, privacy and data security, and data transfers. J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Colorado Bar (or eligibility for admission). 3 plus years of corporate transactional experience with specific M&A experience is required for this position.
