Attorney Compensation AnalystThe offices of Lewis Brisbois are seeking an Attorney Compensation Analyst. As an administrative function within the human resources department this role supports the administration, analysis, and communication of compensation programs and processes for attorneys. The items listed are considered daily functions associated with this position.Facilitate, and maintain all attorney compensation procedures and processesProvide management, firm leaders, the compensation committee, and attorneys with data, documentation, and information required to make informed decisions on a regular basisFacilitate and drive the implementation of process changes and decisions as necessaryCollaborate in the development, maintenance, and implementation of applications and tools used to manage and run the attorney compensation processesIn partnership with leadership, develop, maintain, and support the upkeep of a regular reporting process(es) to support the attorney compensation cyclesPartner with leadership to provide change management recommendations relevant to attorney compensation matters and procedures as requiredMonitor and report on industry developments and trends within attorney compensationCommunicate compensation policies and procedures to attorneys and management on a regular basisPartner with Attorney compensation manager to assure the consistent application and execution of attorney compensation processes across the broader firm landscapeDevelop and provide management with in-depth analyses of the internal and external compensation market environment in relation to attorneys as necessaryHigh School diploma is requiredBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a business related field is highly preferableMinimum of four (4) years experience working in a professional services environmentLewis Brisbois is not accepting search firm submissions for this position.Minimum SalaryUSD $90,000.00/Yr.Maximum SalaryUSD $110,000.00/Yr.
