The ideal candidate will take on the follow responsibilities:
- Design and execute phage display campaigns for antibody discovery and protein engineering.
- Contribute to designing strategies for recombinant production of membrane protein targets.
- Purify proteins and conduct analytical characterizations for hit identification and validation.
- Help troubleshoot and optimize protein engineering, expression, purification, and formulation processes.
- Assist with library design, construction, and screening efforts.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- BS/MS degree in Protein Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or similar
- Affinity for teamwork and enthusiastic collaboration!
- Strong understanding of protein-protein interactions and antibody engineering principles
- Hands-on experience with phage display technologies.
- Expertise in molecular biology techniques (PCR, cloning, library construction).
- Experience with high-throughput screening and selection methods.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, coupled with excellent organizational and time management abilities
Additional Points:
- This is a full time, permanent position.
- This position can be Sr Research Associate, Associate Scientist, or Sr Associate Scientist.
