Duration: 12+ Months with possible extension

Job Description

• Execute end-to-end CHO Cell Line Development (CLD) activities, including mammalian cell culture, transfection, single-cell cloning, clone screening, cell banking, and fed-batch production.
• Independently conduct experiments, analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and document results.
• Support automation and high-throughput technologies for clone generation and selection.
• Collaborate with Cell Culture, Analytical Development, and Pilot Plant teams to meet project goals and timelines.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and recommendations.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s + 6 years or Master’s + 4 years in Biotechnology, Biochemical Engineering, Biological Sciences, or related field.
• Strong hands-on CHO cell line development experience.
• Experience with transfection, single-cell cloning, clone screening, cell banking, cell counting, and shake-flask operations .
• Biopharma/biotech industry experience in a Scientist-level CLD role .
• Experience with bench-scale bioreactors, automated liquid handling, or high-throughput screening preferred.
• Strong experimental design, data analysis, troubleshooting, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
