Associate Project ManagerWe are seeking an Associate Project Manager to support customer deployments within the telecommunications/wireless space. This role will partner closely with a Lead Project Manager on large customer deployments and may also serve as the lead Project Manager on regional or non-traditional customer projects.The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicative, and comfortable managing multiple project components across engineering, construction, and regulatory workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and/or lead customer deployment projects across one or more applications, ensuring delivery aligns with agreed-upon timelines, customer expectations, and company policiesManage and coordinate all phases of deployment from project entry through construction completion and closeout, including:Structural analysisSite acquisitionArchitecture & Engineering (A&E) servicesLand use planning, zoning, and permittingLease administrationConstruction managementProactively communicate schedule, scope, or cost risks to the District Manager, Lead Project Manager, and customersCoordinate internal teams and external vendors to obtain and maintain required project documentation, including:Structural analysesLeases and titlesPermits and regulatory approvalsSoil samples and construction documentationManage vendors and service providers as applicableMaintain accurate project forecasts and update Project Management Tools with initial and revised timelinesParticipate in internal and external deployment meetings and interface with carrier representatives as neededResolve design and site challenges as they arise, including lease constraints, easement issues, or additional ground space requirementsCoordinate with utilities and other stakeholders as requiredCommunicate effectively across multiple internal functions and external partnersEducation & CertificationsBachelor's degree required or equivalent relevant work experienceExperience Requirements1–3 years of project management experienceRequired Skills & CompetenciesKnowledge of telecommunications and wireless project managementFamiliarity with asset management, tower maintenance, and property managementUnderstanding of site acquisition processes, including zoning, permitting, and regulatory approvalsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and understand tower and rooftop structural detailsStrong analytical skills to identify workflow issues, critical paths, and corrective actionsAbility to understand financial metrics and identify potential cost risks or remediesStrong customer service mindset with a proactive problem-solving approachExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWorking knowledge of construction services, including:Telecommunications infrastructurePower and fiberVendor equipment requirementsTowers, antennas, and transmission linesAbility to collaborate across multiple internal teams and external partnersWorking ConditionsOffice-based work approximately 80% of the time in a standard office environmentUp to 20% travel to project sites, which may involve exposure to heavy equipment and varying environmental conditions
