This role bridges clinical, technical, and business teams to implement innovative digital solutions that enhance patient care, engagement, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders internally, as well as external partners, to build our next generation digital offerings.What You'll Work OnProgram Portfolio Leadership:Oversee the lifecycle of digital health programs from concept through deployment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Collaborate with executive leadership to define digital health roadmap, with emphasis on the use of Artificial Intelligence in healthcareServe as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, leadership and external partners.Core Team Lead:Program leadership for AI and / or Data Interoperability initiatives focused on optimizing the delivery of care for cardiovascular, metabolic, and neuropathic diseases within clinical workflowsLead cross-disciplinary teams including engineering, clinical, product, and external vendors.Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.Ensure programs meet regulatory, privacy, and security standards (e.g., HIPAA, FDA, privacy).Provide regular updates to leadership on program status, KPIs, and outcomes.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., engineering, data science, software)Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder digital health projectsExperience with Medical Device, AI technologies in healthcare and / or EHR systems12+ years of program management or equivalent working experienceStrong leadership, communication and analytical skillsResults oriented with focused urgency, prioritization skills and ability to recognize/escalate issues appropriately.Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trendsCreative problem solver, agile mindsetProven ability to manage to plan and resolve issues.

Effectively clarify issues and actionsExcellent reputation for building relationships across various levels of an organizationStrong organizational skills and the ability to prioritizeAbility to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholdersPreferred Qualifications:PMP or similar certificationMBA or other related advanced degreeFamiliarity with artificial intelligence used in clinical settingExperience with interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, SMART on FHIR)Agile or hybrid project management methodologiesExperience working in an FDA-regulated business (e.g. validated software related to medical, pharmaceutical, or life sciences products)Experience in digital health technology, preferably in the health or medical spaceThe base pay for this position is $148,700.00 – $297,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
