Associate Product ManagerA day in the life: what you’ll doBe Subject Matter Expert (SME) for payment and fraud within North America Digital channels.Work closely with cross-functional product managers and technology managers to understand priorities and deliveries in payment and fraud mitigation for North America Digital.Document business requirements, acceptance criteria and KPIs that push the product strategy forward and achieve key objectives.Engage with business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology teams to understand requirements and account for them in the solution design and prioritization.Manage both internal and external partnerships on programs from concept-to-delivery to ensure that products and roadmap priorities meet customer expectations and needs.Support with cross functional communications and roadmap materialsInputs into feature prioritization & sequencingMonitor & identify customer/stakeholder needs staying current on industry standards and trends.Qualifications2 years of digital product management, or relevant, experience with an emphasis on delivering guest-facing applications or customer service applicationsExperience with digital technologies, media, e-commerce, payments, or fraud businessesStrong core consulting skills (demonstrated track record of quality delivery, interpersonal and cross-functional relationship skills)Ideally has worked at large scale retail with physical and digital presence (Nike, Adidas, Gap, Best Buy, Target)Soft SkillsSelf-motivated, and ability to drive results independently, but thrives in collaborative environments.Has a deep desire to learn and improve by seeking, accepting and acting on productive feedback.Desire and ability to learn quickly and work in an agile environment.Foster connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.Strong communication skills to paint a compelling vision and future to stakeholders.Contract details6-month contract starting ASAP, potential for extension or full-time conversionLocationVancouver/Seattle/Remote North America (preferred PST timezone)
