We reward and recognize our employees based on our values of Aspire to Greatness, Respect All, Own It, Working Together, Persist with Passion.About the RoleMarketing Operations & ExecutionOwn day-to-day marketing execution, including campaigns, assets, approvals, and timelinesIncrease speed, consistency, and quality while reducing PM administrative burdenIdentify and implement process improvementsProduct Marketing SupportTranslate strategy into actionable plans with clear timelines and ownershipAct as an "Associate PM" to drive execution and accountabilityLead cross-functional coordination across marketing, sales, medical, regulatory, and vendorsGlobal Events & TradeshowsOwn end-to-end planning and execution of global tradeshowsStandardize playbooks, timelines, and vendor managementEnsure consistent, high-quality brand executionMedical Affairs SupportCoordinate Medical Advisory Boards and HCP engagementsSupport contracting, compliance, and logisticsEnsure seamless stakeholder experienceAnalytics & ReportingManage marketing reporting and dashboards (e.g., ACUITY, CRM)Deliver insights to improve decision-makingSupport monthly business reviews and leadership presentationsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in product management, marketing, sales operations, consulting, or a related role; experience in medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences preferred.Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and summarize market data, competitive intelligence, and customer insights.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop clear marketing materials and internal presentations.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast?paced, cross?functional environment.High attention to detail and ability to maintain compliant materials aligned with regulatory and quality standards. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with CRM or analytics tools is a plus.Willingness to travel occasionally to support field activities, meetings, and conferences.
