Associate Operations ProcessorWells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor supporting Cash Vault Services within Consumer, Small & Business Banking Operations (CSBBO). In this role, you will:Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either a service center or department environmentRequire considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practicesCollect data and prepare related operational reportsPrepare input forms for automated data processing systemUtilize the company's internal operations to perform dutiesCoordinate projectsFurnish information to authorized personsProvide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures requiring some policy interpretationRequired Qualifications:6+ months of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education cash handling experienceDesired Qualifications:Experience in cash handling (large amounts)Production/fast paced environmentAbility to navigate multiple computer applications, and systems while utilizing research tools effectivelyAbility to prioritize tasks including working under pressure in a dynamically complex fast paced deadline driven environment while achieving high production and quality standardsAdaptable and flexible in both individual and team settings across all organizational levelsCreative and proactive problem-solver, independently addressing enterprise needs with innovative solutionsProficient collaboration and communication skills, while demonstrating integrity and professionalism in all interactions, across all organizational levelsProficient organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy including managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-demand environmentsFinancial Services experienceCash vault operations including currency processing experienceProficient data entry skills including 10-keyProficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams) skillsJob Expectations:Ability to stand 6-8 hoursAbility to work additional hours as neededAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentWork schedule Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm or until work is completed (requires the flexibility to work additional hours to support business needs)Location: 45110 Ocean Ct Ste 100 STERLING, VA 20166Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.44Benefits:Wells Fargo provides eligible employees with a comprehensive set of benefits, many of which are listed below.
