We foster a learning culture that encourages personal and professional development, enabling you to thrive and reach your full potential.JOB DUTIESDeliver exceptional client service in a high-volume production environmentManage assigned processes and inventory to meet deadlinesEffectively display the ability to manage time well by completing all work types within the established deadlines, set appropriate work-related priorities, concentrate on the main objectives, and avoid unnecessary interruptionsResearch, collect and fill gaps for missing data to ensure accuracyUtilize various tools to analyze, query, and manipulate data according to defined business proceduresAdhere to all required company and client driven standards and/or Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Duties may vary based on area of focus (Payments, Refunds, Procurement, Field Procurement, Non-Escrow, Funds Management, Flood Search, Tax Search, Data Integrity, Commercial Tax, Mail Correspondence)Document Processing: Handling high volumes of live checks by accurately printing and matching them with corresponding reports.Procedural Adherence: Meticulously following specific, detailed instructions for each package to ensure all contents are correct and compliant for dispatch.Quality Control: Performing final verification of matched checks and reports to guarantee exceptional accuracy in a zero-error tolerance environment.Package Preparation: Organizing and preparing the finalized packages for secure delivery to various Taxing Authorities while meeting strict daily deadlines.JOB QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma, GED or equivalent required; college degree preferred1+ years of relevant experience, or relevant education in lieu of experienceClient service-oriented experience preferredAbility to provide exceptional client service in a high-volume production environmentAbility to manage time, set priorities and meet deadlinesIntermediate computer skills with strong aptitude to learn new systems and applicationsAbility to understand basic property related documentation from a variety of sourcesStrong analytical and critical thinking to synthesize information from multiple sources to resolve problemsDetailed oriented to process data accuratelyAbility to collaborate with others and provide status updatesStrong verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to learn, adapt, and grow
