Associate General Dentist – Implants & Endo | High Earning Potential

About the Role

Are you an ambitious General Dentist skilled in implants and advanced endodontics? We are expanding our patient volume and seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to step into a busy, established patient base. You will have a steady stream of new patients, state-of-the-art operatory setups, and the clinical freedom to perform advanced surgeries and root canals in-house.

Key Responsibilities

• Implant Dentistry: Perform surgical placement and restoration of dental implants.
• Endodontics: Provide comprehensive endodontic care, including complex anterior and posterior root canal therapies.
• General Dentistry: Deliver high-quality restorative care, extractions, crown & bridge work, and removable prosthetics.
• Patient Trust: Communicate treatment options clearly and build trust with a diverse patient demographic.
• Team Leadership: Lead and direct clinical support staff during patient procedures to maximize operatory efficiency.
• Documentation: Complete accurate and timely clinical notes using standard practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft).

Qualifications

• License: Valid DDS/DMD license for Texas.
• Experience: 1+ years of clinical experience preferred with a proven track record in implants and endodontics (Advanced GPR/AEGD or equivalent CE training is a major plus).
• Skills: Proficiency across general dentistry disciplines with strong surgical and endodontic capabilities.
