Apply below to take the next step.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesManage and deepen client relationships with effective communication and personalized attention in every interactionSupport the firm's growthEnter trades, orders, and rebalances as requestedSchedule, attend, and facilitate client meetingsCreate and maintain records and files utilizing CRM softwareService daily client inquiries over the phone and in-person, including scheduling meetings and greeting clientsOpen new client accounts, process money movement, and research information as neededManage referrals effectivelyPrepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and other materials for client meetingsCreate and maintain records and files utilizing Client Relationship Management (CRM) softwareParticipate in marketing efforts including seminars and other client-facing eventsActively engage in available training/cross-training and educational and/or professional development opportunities to remain current on firm and industry policies and proceduresKnowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesKnowledge of:Company's working structure, policies, mission, and strategiesManaged account platformsGeneral office practices, procedures, and methodsInvestment concepts, practices, and procedures used in the securities industryFinancial markets, products, and industry regulationsTrading terminologyFinancial planning softwareSkill in:Client Relationship Management (CRM) softwareMicrosoft Office SuiteEffective communication (in-person, virtual, phone, and mail)Ability to:Familiarity with software applications, such as Excel, to produce correspondence, reports, electronic communication, spreadsheets, and databasesAnalyze and research account informationHandle stressful situations and provide a high level of client attention in a calm and professional mannerAnalyze problems and establish solutions in a fast-paced environmentUse appropriate interpersonal styles and communicate effectivelyWork both independently and as part of a cohesive teamDemonstrate competence, dependability, and responsibilityLicenses/CertificationsSIESeries 7Series 63, 65 and/or 66 as required by stateExperience1+ years of experience in the financial services industry strongly preferred, particularly in a relationship management roleBenefitsMedical, Retirement + Match, PTOTravelNot RequiredParamount Wealth Management and its employees are independent contractors with respect to Raymond James; not employees of Raymond James.
