About the Role

Ideal Candidates Will Have:
- 3-5 years of experience advising emerging growth companies and/or venture capital investors
- Strong background in equity financings, corporate governance, and M&A
- Prior experience at a top-tier law firm
- Excellent academic credentials and references
- Strong verbal/written communication and client management skills
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to manage multiple client relationships
