Merck is seeking a senior leader to own operational demand and capacity planning for the U.S. Oncology pipeline, including launch readiness for Intismeran. You will coordinate across Commercial, Manufacturing, and alliance partners to translate data into strategic decisions, identify risks, and optimize resource use.
You will build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting to guide governance forums, monitor performance, and drive scalable processes across the treatment ecosystem.
