Associate Director, HCP Marketing – Rare Diseases

Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, FILSPARI HCP Marketing to lead U.S. HCP and P2P marketing for FILSPARI (sparsentan). You will translate strategies into compliant content, manage agency partners, and oversee tactics within approved budgets.

The role reports to the Director, HCP Marketing and requires independent leadership across multiple workstreams with up to 25% domestic travel. Expect collaboration across Marketing Services, Commercial Operations, and field teams.
