Responsibilities
- Advise on entity formation and corporate governance matters
- Draft and negotiate business contracts and legal agreements
- Support M&A, financing, and restructuring transactions start-to-finish
- Analyze laws and regulations affecting client business activities
- Collaborate with partners on strategy and client communication
- Help clients manage compliance risk and regulatory obligations
Qualifications
- J.D. and licensed (or eligible) in Georgia
- 3–6 years’ corporate or transactional legal experience
- Strong drafting skills and business-focused legal judgment
- Excellent communication, organization, and detail-oriented mindset
- Able to handle multiple matters with limited oversight
- Experience in regulated or political environments is preferred
