Associate Attorney - Transactional

I'm currently partnering with a highly respected, long-standing Seattle law firm to identify a Corporate / Transactional Attorney to join their growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful client exposure, hands-on deal experience, and direct mentorship from senior partners.

This role sits within a collaborative business and corporate practice advising clients across a broad range of transactional matters. The firm has a strong reputation in the Pacific Northwest and offers a collegial, team-oriented environment where attorneys are empowered to take ownership of their work and build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of business contracts
  • Support and lead corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions
  • Advise on entity formations and general corporate governance matters
  • Assist with lease agreements and commercial transactions
  • Provide guidance on federal and local tax aspects (as applicable)
  • Work directly with partners on client matters and overall strategy

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in business/corporate transactional law (contracts, M&A, formations, etc.)
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and research skills
  • Ability to manage matters proactively and take a strategic approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills
  • Interest in mentorship and long-term professional growth
  • Active Washington State Bar membership required
