Position Overview
Our client is seeking a Maritime / Insurance Defense Associate with 2–10 years of litigation experience to join its growing Miami office. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney seeking hands-on litigation experience, direct client exposure, and a clear path for professional growth within a highly regarded maritime defense practice.
Qualifications
- 2–10 years of civil litigation experience
- Insurance defense experience preferred
- Federal court experience strongly preferred
- Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities effectively
