Mass Tort Attorney
Our client, a leading law firm in the Denver metro area is seeking an attorney with 3 plus years of Mass Tort/Litigation experience to join a high-performing mass tort practice in Denver. The role offers hands-on involvement across all stages of litigation while working closely with accomplished trial attorneys. Research legal issues and prepare persuasive motions, briefs, pleadings, and other court filings to support case strategy. * Partner with senior litigators to assess claims, refine legal arguments, and address complicated procedural and substantive matters. * Contribute to motion practice and trial readiness by organizing materials, preparing arguments, and supporting courtroom presentation efforts. * At least 3 years of litigation experience, with background in personal injury matters required. * Prior exposure to mass tort or class action litigation is preferred. * Active Colorado attorney license in good standing. * Collaborative approach to legal practice and willingness to learn within a team-oriented environment. com for immediate consideration!
