We represent businesses and individuals in wide-ranging litigation and transactional issues. We are hiring an associate in our Washington office. We are looking for an associate who is passionate, high-energy, and wants to be a partner in a successful boutique law firm in a few short years. We need an associate who is willing to devote the time and energy to achieve their goal to become a partner. Minimum of one year litigation experience required, including research, writing, taking depositions, drafting and responding to discovery, and trial experience. Transactional work is also available for the associate who seeks to be a hybrid attorney - handling both litigation and transactional matters.
