We are working with a litigation firm in Miami, Florida, looking for a mid-level Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their growing practice. The ideal candidate will have experience handling complex commercial disputes, business litigation, and related matters.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of commercial litigation experience
- Experience handling business disputes, contract disputes, and related litigation matters
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in Florida
- Must live in or near Miami, Florida
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Represent clients in business disputes, breach of contract claims, and related litigation
- Conduct legal research and develop effective case strategies
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and other legal documents
- Handle depositions, court appearances, hearings, and settlement negotiations
The annual salary for this position is between $160K-$200K . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
