As an Assistant Video Editor, you will be responsible for assisting our video editing team in creating high-quality videos for our clients in the aerospace industry.Key Responsibilities:Assist in editing and organizing raw footage into cohesive and visually appealing videosCollaborate with the video editing team to create engaging and impactful contentHelp with color correction, audio mixing, and other post-production tasksStay up-to-date with the latest video editing techniques and softwareContribute creative ideas to enhance the overall quality of our videosWork closely with producers, directors, and other team members to ensure project deadlines are metMaintain organized files and backups of all video footage and assetsAssist in managing and organizing video equipment and studio spaceProvide support for video shoots, including setting up lighting and audio equipmentRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field1-2 years of experience in video editing or a similar roleProficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut ProStrong understanding of video production processes and techniquesExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesStrong attention to detail and ability to follow creative directionA passion for storytelling and creating visually appealing contentKnowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plusExperience with color correction and audio mixing is a plus
