LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a rapidly growing, publicly traded organization in the technology and infrastructure space to identify an experienced Assistant Treasurer for its Miami-based finance team.
This is a newly created, highly visible opportunity for a strategic, hands-on treasury leader looking to play a key role in shaping the company's financial strategy and supporting continued growth.

Position Overview
The Assistant Treasurer will play a key role in expanding the company's corporate treasury function, with an emphasis on liquidity management, corporate investments, capital planning, and financial risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee corporate liquidity, cash forecasting, and investment strategies.
- Support capital markets activities, debt financing, and credit facilities.
- Manage financial risk and support balance sheet optimization.
- Develop treasury policies, financial models, and processes to support continued growth.
- Partner closely with executive leadership on financial strategy and capital allocation.
- Identify opportunities to improve treasury operations, reporting, and systems.
What Matters Most
- 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, capital markets, or corporate finance.
- Strong background in liquidity management, corporate cash investments, and financial risk management.
- Experience with financing activities, capital structure, and banking relationships.
- Strategic, hands-on mindset with experience building or improving treasury functions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with senior leadership.
- Experience in a publicly traded or capital-intensive organization preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required. MBA, CFA, or CTP preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $200K–$300K+, flexible depending on experience
- Bonus: Competitive discretionary bonus opportunity, with a 40% target
- Equity: RSU opportunity
- Location: Miami, FL (Brickell), approximately 4+ days onsite
- Relocation: Assistance available for qualified candidates
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
