Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Superintendent to join its team, overseeing the interior construction and finishing stages of complex, high-profile projects across South Florida.
The Opportunity

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer/Assistant Superintendent, ideally within high-rise residential or large-scale multifamily construction.
- Strong background working for a reputable General Contractor on high-value construction projects.
- Extensive knowledge of interior finishes, fit-outs, and interior trade sequencing.
- Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors, managing schedules, and ensuring exceptional quality standards.
- Ability to oversee complex interior construction packages from initial installation through final handover.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
